Guidelines for returning rented vehicles
All rented vehicles must be returned to the designated location at the agreed time and date. Late returns may incur additional charges as specified in your rental agreement with the provider.
Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received, with normal wear and tear expected. Any damage beyond normal wear will be assessed by the rental provider according to the terms of your agreement.
Vehicles should be returned with the fuel level as specified in your rental agreement. Failure to comply may result in refueling charges from the rental provider.
Early returns are subject to the rental provider's policy. Refunds for unused rental days are not guaranteed and depend on the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.
Cancellation policies vary by rental provider. Please review the specific cancellation terms in your rental agreement. Wrexalonghex can assist with cancellation requests, but final decisions rest with the rental provider.
Any disputes regarding returns or charges should be addressed directly with the rental provider. Wrexalonghex can facilitate communication but is not responsible for resolving disputes between clients and rental providers.
